With pancake day coming up next week I realised that I didn’t have a recipe on my website for classic crepes! So here goes, these are made with just a handful of simple gluten and dairy free ingredients and are perfect if you decide to make them for pancake day, or as a yummy breakfast any time of the year. They are delicious topped with lemon and sugar, chocolate spread and strawberries or fruit and maple syrup! If you do make these crepes I’d love to see, don’t forget to tag me in your photos over on social media.
Alternatively, I also have a recipe on my website for fluffy gluten free and vegan pancakes which you can click here to view.
