With pancake day coming up next week I realised that I didn’t have a recipe on my website for classic crepes! So here goes, these are made with just a handful of simple gluten and dairy free ingredients and are perfect if you decide to make them for pancake day, or as a yummy breakfast any time of the year. They are delicious topped with lemon and sugar, chocolate spread and strawberries or fruit and maple syrup! I cut the milk down to 250ml when using KoKo milk (it’s much thinner than other non dairy milks) and they turned out great!
