To a large bowl add gluten free plain flour and 3 eggs, whisk until combined.
Slowly add dairy free milk and continue to whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Add the melted butter to the batter and whisk again until combined.
Heat a frying pan on a medium heat and add a small knob of butter. Add a ladle of batter into the frying pan and swirl the pan so it’s fully coated, fry for 2 minutes or until bubbles form. Flip and fry for a further minute, until cooked through. Serve warm.
