If you’re looking for a quick, flavour packed week night meal that’s naturally gluten and dairy free, this hot honey sticky beef bowl is about to become your new favourite. The beef mince is cooked with peppers and onions in gluten free soy sauce, hot honey, tomato puree, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil which goes lovely and sweet and sticky. Served with fluffy rice and topped with spring onions, it’s an easy meal that’s full of flavour and ready in less than 30 minutes. If you make this recipe I’d love to see, don’t forget to tag me in your photos over on social media!
