To a large frying pan on a medium to high heat add your sesame oil followed by your beef mince. Fry until brown and then add your onion, pepper and garlic and fry for a further 5 minutes until soft.
In a bowl mix together your soy sauce, hot honey, rice wine vinegar, tomato puree and water. Pour over your beef mince and on a medium heat, cook for around 10 minutes (stirring frequently), until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.
Top with spring onions and serve with rice. I also like to top with sriracha mayo.
