This is the second of your recipes I have successfully tried.
Lots of substitutions required in our household - dairy free, gluten free, plus some other aversions. Just letting everyone know I swapped olive oil for the dairy free butter, honey for half of the sugar and used coconut flour, with some extra baking soda. And it worked!!!
