This really easy, ready in 15 minutes meal is perfect for a week night and tastes delicious! The chicken is cooked in a combination of sesame oil, honey and gluten free soy sauce then then topped with spring onions and sriracha mayo. I use the Kikkoman gluten free tamari soy sauce which you can buy in bulk on Amazon for a really reasonable price. It lasts for months in the fridge.

I really like the Flying Goose sriracha mayo which is vegan.
Can this be stored in the fridge and reheated?
Yes. This meal is great for meal prep and can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours and reheated in the microwave.
