Christmas Pudding Crispy Bites (Gluten free & dairy free)

My gluten and dairy free Chocolate Christmas Pudding Crispy Bites are no bake, simple to make and taste delicious! They are also very easy to make vegan by using vegan marshmallows and are a really tasty christmas treat. Which dairy free chocolate do you use for this recipe?

Any dairy free chocolate will work for this recipe. My favourite is the Nomo vegan Chocolate which melts really well and tastes great.

How long will they last? 

They will last in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Christmas Pudding Crispy Bites

Ingredients

  • 50 g dairy free butter
  • 200 g dairy free chocolate
  • 150 g mini marshmallows
  • 100 g gluten free rice crispys
  • Icing sugar (mixed with water to create a thick icing)
  • Holly decorations

Instructions

  • To a large saucepan add butter, chocolate and marshmallows. Heat on the hob on a low heat until everything is melted and combined.
  • Add the Rice Krispies and mix until everything is coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into 12 cupcake cases and place in the fridge to set.
  • Remove from the fridge. You can either leave them in the cupcake cases or remove the cases. Top with icing and holly decorations and leave to set.
