Christmas Pudding Crispy Bites

Ingredients

  • 50 g dairy free butter
  • 200 g dairy free chocolate
  • 150 g mini marshmallows
  • 100 g gluten free rice crispys
  • Icing sugar (mixed with water to create a thick icing)
  • Holly decorations

Instructions

  • To a large saucepan add butter, chocolate and marshmallows. Heat on the hob on a low heat until everything is melted and combined.
  • Add the Rice Krispies and mix until everything is coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into 12 cupcake cases and place in the fridge to set.
  • Remove from the fridge. You can either leave them in the cupcake cases or remove the cases. Top with icing and holly decorations and leave to set.
