My healthy peanut butter and sultana oat cookies are naturally gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. They only take 5 minutes to put together and 10 minutes to cook, so are a great quick and easy treat that makes a tasty mid morning snack! If you do make my cookies I’d love to see, don’t forget to tag me in your photos over on social media.
