My healthy peanut butter and sultana oat cookies are naturally gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. They only take 5 minutes to put together and 10 minutes to cook, so are a great quick and easy treat that makes a tasty mid morning snack! Peanut butter and sultana oat cookies (gluten, dairy and refined sugar free)

Ingredients
65ggluten free rolled oats
1tspbaking powder
100gpeanut butter
60gcoconut sugar
50gsultana
1 egg
Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
To a small mixing bowl add your oats and baking powder. Mix well until combined.
In a seperate bowl whisk together your peanut butter, coconut sugar and egg.
Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in your sultanas.
Add around 1tbsp of the mixture per cookie (you will make around 6) onto your baking tray and mould into cookie shapes.
Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool before enjoying!
Notes
For an alternative to sultanas, you could also use dairy free chocolate chips or dried cranberries.
