My meringue nests are gluten and dairy free, filled with dairy free whipped cream and fresh berries. They are so easy to make and only require a handful of ingredients, just make sure that once you’ve cooked them you leave them in the oven to cool completely before opening the oven door, this prevents them from cracking. If you do make my meringue nests I’d love to see, don’t forget to tag me in your photos over on social media.
I absolutely love seeing what you’ve created, so if you do make this recipe (or any other recipe from my website) don’t forget to tag me over on my social media pages @glutenfreealice and use the hashtag #glutenfreealice
