My fruity apple and sultana cake is perfect served with a cup of tea or coffee, as a delicious mid morning treat. It’s gluten and dairy free, filled with grated apple, sultanas and cinnamon, and is one of my favourites to make!
To make this cake you will need a standard 9 inch loose bottomed cake tin, you can purchase one by clicking here. If you do make my apple, sultana and cinnamon cake then don’t forget to tag me in your photos over on social media.
