Lay down a sheet of greaseproof baking paper. Melt your white chocolate in the microwave in 10 second bursts and then stir through the green food colouring until you get the desired colour.
Dip the pretzels into the white chocolate mixture (covering half the pretzel) and then arrange into a circle (I use 8 pretzels for each wreath). Repeat with a second layer or 8 pretzels and then sprinkle the top with Christmas sprinkles.
Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set and then remove from the fridge and peel off the baking paper.
