Mix your chicken mince with salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Lay out your tacos and press a thin layer of the chicken mince covering each of them.
Add a little oil to a frying pan and then place the tacos (mince side down) in the pan and fry for around 5-7 minutes, until the mince is cooked through. Flip and cook on the other side for a minute.
Fry your bacon lardons until crispy.
Serve the tacos warm with shredded lettuce, the bacon lardons, caesar dressing and cheese.
