1packSchar Spekulatius biscuits (available to buy in Asda and Sainsburys)
1tbsp melted dairy free butter
3-4tbspdairy free milk (I used gluten free oat milk)
1tbsplight brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients to a food processor (Start by adding 3 tbsp of dairy free milk and add more depending on how thick you want your spread to be).
Blitz until completely smooth, scraping down the side of the food prosessor when needed.
Use to swirl on top of brownies or keep in an air tight container.
Notes
This spread is best served on the day you make it, but it can be kept in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
