Here’s everything I ate in a day recently including breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks – which was all gluten free, dairy free and vegan. It will provide you into a little insight into the sorts of food I eat regularly, as well as show you some of the FREEE by Doves Farm range.
My day started with a bowl of FREEE by Doves Farm Cereal Flakes, with coconut milk and topped with fresh raspberries & blueberries. The Cereal Flakes are the perfect start to the day, being high in fibre, low fat as well as delicious! They also offer a range of other gluten free cereal products, including Chocolate Stars, Cornflakes and Fibre Flakes.
As a mid morning snack I ate one of the Apple Oat Bars with Sultanas. These bars are organic and vegan too, and filled the gap between breakfast and lunch! They also come in a range of other flavours including Chocolate Chip, Banana and Apricot.
For lunch I made myself a gluten free pasta salad using the FREEE by Doves Farm brown rice penne pasta, which is my favourite and doesn’t fall apart like a lot of other gluten free pastas! I usually just add lots of bits from the fridge into my salads, and on this day I added red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, salad leaves and an Italian dressing. Quick. easy and delicious! FREEE by Doves Farm offer a huge range of 13 different types of pasta options, including Red Lentil, Green Pea, Buckwheat and more!
For dinner I used the FREEE by Doves Farm pizza base mix, which I mixed with water & oil to create an easy homemade pizza base. I topped my pizza with dairy free cheese, passata, oregano, tomatoes and fresh basil. I even had enough for lunch the next day! The pizza mix is totally gluten, milk, peanut, egg and soya free.
Finally, for pudding I opened a packet of double chocolate cookies, which were absolutely delicious and didn’t last long! The cookies are gluten free, milk free and egg free and of course, come in a range of different flavours including Lemon Zest, Ginger and Chocolate!
