Panini rolls

These delicious panini rolls are gluten and milk free and taste just like the real thing! After 10 minutes in the oven, they come out perfectly crispy and can be filled with a sweet or savoury option. I used mine to make gluten and dairy free BLT’s which went down very well! The panini rolls are also low Fodmap, do not contain egg and come in a pack of 3.

Another new Schar product that everyone is talking about are these new toaster waffles! These waffles would be perfect topped with banana, peanut butter, berries, maple syrup or chocolate sauce!

Available in: Tesco.

My husband has just recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease and I’m so grateful for your advice and recommendations. I’ve been worrying a bit because I love baking and don’t want to stop just because he’s not able to have gluten!
